Over a forty-two-year career as a Dental Hygienist, I have seen a lot of mouths and many different situations. I have always felt blessed that I am doing a job helping people. The relationships that developed are heartwarming and fulfilling. The people make the difference!!
Michelle Cruz
I am the welcoming voice you hear when you call the office and the familiar face you see when you walk in the door. I have been with Innovative Dentist for 20 years, and I have really gotten to know our patients during this time and enjoyed watching families grow. Getting to know our patients and making them feel at home in one of the many things I enjoy about coming to work. With my experience, I have learned a lot about dental insurance. I believe if I take the time to explain dental insurance benefits and dental treatment truthfully and thoroughly, it will make the whole dental office experience run smoothly and keep our patients and staff happy.
I am a native of Colorado and was raised in South Denver. I like to go camping, concerts, and explore Colorado with my husband and two children in my spare time. I am very blessed to have my mom, grandparents, in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins living close to me. I enjoy spending time with my family.
Lynette Garduno
I have been in the dental field for over 25 years. I like working at Innovative Dentist; all of my co-workers are knowable and friendly. The patients we have here are amazing, making it very easy for me to come to work. I enjoy helping people.
When you see me in the office, I will probably be in purple, which is my favorite color. In my spare time, you will find me going on walks, watching movies, shopping, or eating at one of our many favorite local restaurants with my family I love spending time with.

I am the friendly face at the front desk. I joined the team in 2020. I love interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable when visiting the dentist. I am our billing and insurance expert. I am dedicated to helping patients with every step of their dental visit, from making patients feel comfortable, and scheduling their appointments, to processing their insurance claims. I have lived in Colorado my whole life. I love the mountains, lakes, and rivers. Outside of the office, you will most likely find me spending time with my boyfriend and son. We like fishing, going out to eat, and spending time with family. The best thing about my job is seeing a person's confidence restored after improving their smile.
